Blueberry Little Blue Wonder

Little Blue Wonder is one of the most compact blueberries available, it grows more broad than high, making it ideal for dense area plantings. During the long lasting flowering period it forms a beautiful and dense, beige-white blanket of flowers. Very hardy, known to survive winter temperatures well below -30°C! Spectacular autumn colours in red to burgundy, and combined with the mass of blooms in Spring make it an ideal ornamental blueberry for balconies, patios and container growing in general. The berries are rather small, but they have a beautiful sky blue colour and a fresh flavour that is reminiscent of wild blueberries.

Blueberries are best eaten fresh, as they are packed full of antioxidants. The nutrients which make blueberries able to be classified as a superfood have traits which are said to cause weight loss, fat burning, anti-aging, and memory and motor skill improvements. With all these reasons to eat blueberries, it's a good thing they're also naturally delicious!
